Ac leakage...The washroom is not working.Flush is not working

There was nothing likeable about this piece of shit

The receptionist was so pathetic . He asked more than shown over the app while booking. And he also refused to provide a bill. The blanket provided had holes and was burnt cover. The bedsheet was unclean and had stains on it

It was fair experience with the hotel but cleanness is not good there are cockroachs on the floor and the walls and location is good and enough and facilities are good but next time I'll go with another option

Beds were very comfortable. Soft pillow and nice bedsheet. Amazing place or family stay.

Location, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and tasty food. The hotel was located in an ideal location and had great staff. Which made our stay pleasant.

Just staff was good

I got overcharged. The price on booking. Com was around 1200 but hotel staff asked me to pay 1800 and they said call customer care if you are not willing to pay 1800. I was tired so I had to pay 1800. This was really bad for both booking. Com and hotel. I was really unhappy after that. And room was also not clean. There were hairs at multiple places. And cockroaches in bathroom.

The behavior of the staff was very strange.It seemed as if we had come to do some wrong work and it seemed as if we had come from some other planet.While leaving, the behavior of the downstairs watchman was very bad, he was calling us and asking for tips, like if we do not give, he will not let us go, I was forced to type.

Only the location is good for this hotel.

Dinner included with price as per booking .com but hotel directly ignored this option. Told us that they don't serve dinner at all.We carried all our baggage till second floor. There is no staff available. Rooms are very very small. AC was not working although AC was on.

cockroaches in room, misleading prices

the prices are fake they show 1051 on booking but when you actually go there they tell you that they don’t have those rooms available and the other rooms are expensive 1700 to 2000 the rooms are very stuffy no ventilation or window, there were cockroaches running around the room very bad experience would not recommend it to anyone

People good but their was no cleanliness... V. Dirty bathroom... Smelling urine bucket was dirty ... and bed sheets dirty ... Forced to change it even then it was looking dirty even though they told us to take deluxe room we took it. Room we booked online was stinking ...smell of cigarettes. Took deluxe room paying more than necessary... Regrets... When we left the hotel we say a very good hotel on the highway spent some time over their a found that it was very low prices and clean and v. Good food ate over that place. It was HOTEL WESTERN on Kashimira highway.

We didn't liked anything ... Only stayed because we paid for 2 days in advance and we were came for a marriage so spent time attending functions... Only slept in the night had bath. Totally regrets
